Sales and Returns

All purchases made through Vaulted are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, customers must contact us at support@shopvaulted.net within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to review and approval.

Vaulted reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
