Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at support@shopvaulted.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, or for delays caused by shipping carriers..
